Friends, Today I am sharing a whole new concept of quick and delicious lunch or dinner. This meal is prepared within 20 minutes and it is one of the most delicious meal me and my family members ever had. Today I made
(1) Chola Ni Dal Nu Shaak
(2) Raw Mango Spicy Tangy Chutney
(3) Shallow fried whole wheat beads
I highly recommend this quick meal recipe to try at home and I am sure, you need to make it again and again.

INGREDIENTS
CHOLA NI DAL
¾ cup chola dal
A glass of water
3 tsp oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
A dry red chilli
Cinnamon & Cloves
Curry leaves
⅛ tsp hing
Chopped onion & green chilli
½ tsp ginger paste
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp garam masala powder
¾ tsp red chilli powder
¾ cup water
Chopped coriander leaves
FOR MANGO CHUTNEY
A raw mango
Chopped green chilli
3 garlic cloves
½ tsp ginger paste
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp gud
¼ cup water
Brown wheat breads
Pure ghee
