Nicely done! My memories are better than the reality of Adak today though!

My brother! That’s was the coolest trip down memory lane that I have seen. You need to hug Jenni again because I you and I both know, memories are all we’re gonna have as the world changes and places and situations like this go by the wayside.

Hello Ken. Fantastic video. I was stationed at NavSta, main base, June 1974-June 1975 as a young CE straight out of "A" school. I was a member of the Power Line crew at PWD. I have fond memories of the base. I & few friends visited NCS twice during that time. Had lunch at the chow hall there once. Also visited Loran Sta. It was, I believe, Jan '75. Snow everywhere. The road to LorSta had walls of snow, at least six feet tall most of the way. Even though things were a bit primitive back then, it was still a great time for all of us. I enjoyed the video. 😊

Great video! A nice walk down memory lane - was stationed there and worked at "Shotgun" from 84-85.

I was stationed at the CommSta Nov 71 to Nov 73, did two tours there. Loved the video. I remember Dave Austin and if memory is correct I think he married one of the waves that was stationed there. Maggie I think was her name.

Yes he did. Can't remember her name, but don't think it was Maggie.

@@jackremillard185 Don't know why I remember Maggie, LOL. There was a CB there everyone called "Woody" remember him? Spent many times with him in the Ptarmigan club
