Thank you for this research and presentation, Spencer and the OISF! I am working on a book one chapter of which discusses Rousay, Wyre, and Eynhallow, and have long been searching for resources that shed some light on the otherwise fairly mysterious figure of Kolbein Hruga. This is the most thorough account yet outside the sagas. Great work.
