An otter that sulks like a three-year-old boy. [Otter life Day 553]

It's been raining a lot. I don't want to go camping and not be able to come back home due to road closures, so we stay home quietly in times like this.
Ui seems to be happy as long as she can eat and have Aty by her side.
Depending on the status of COVID-19 infection, we may go away for a while after the rainy season is over.
I want to go to Shikoku or Hokkaido again.

Poor Aty he don't understand. Too much flooding going on in the river front. Some houses were flooded caused by that soil erosion and people's lives involved. Stay home til the storm is gone. @@ricodelavega4511 even if they live by the river, they still wouldn't be able swim in the rain as it currently is raining downpour. Otterman is the ONLY otter owner I've seen that brings his otter regularly to river. Other otters owners? Once in a blue moon.

@@ricodelavega4511 He's walking distance from a river. It's not the distance of the river it's the weather. Its Monsoon season in Japan and it's not safe. Heck just go look at the recent news coming out of Japan, parts are experiencing deadly mud slides.

@@naidamar1 To be fair to some of them(and only some of them), it's kinda hard as they live in the red zone for COVID cases so at times they can't even take their otters on walks to give them more excercise. And while I'd like to see more otters exploring the world their safety comes first.

Ui has been through a lot. She's become so attached to Aty and Otterman I'm willing to bet she doesn't want to upset them again. Otterman's love is unconditional, but Ui will never understand that. No abused animal can (including humans). Plus she's learned she's at the bottom of the totem pole. Meanwhile, Aty is -- let's be honest -- kind of a brat. He wants what he wants and wants it NOW, and he'll let everyone know if he's unhappy! 😂

Ui has become such a sweetheart 💕 and has a uniquely cute and expressive face. I love how she just lies down and often matches Aty's moves. She's learning and will develop more of her own personality as she becomes more comfortable being the otter she's meant to be.

Aty in his Diva mode 😁 I heard on the news that the rain caused some sort of landslide in an area in Japan. So the rain was really bad. Hang on Aty, it is dangerous to be in the river when the weather is bad. I like how Ui actually is easier to please. As long as her prince around she is happy 🥰🥰

The area, IIRC, was Atami, which is a little ways due south of where Otterman lives. Kotsumet-family took K & H to a fancy hot-springs-inn in Atami just a few months ago.

For a great example of what you say, see Otter Sakura, also known as the Queen Of REEEEEEEE 😆 Also baby Stella down in Bali is quite vocal. So is baby Mocha in Korea. Or Otter Melonpan if eggs are involved. Princess Hana of Chonk is usually only vocal if someone is rubbing that huge belly of hers. Ui is weirdly quiet. Spoiled little boy Aty puts most of the girls to shame.
