Meet Kep1er, MNET's new girl group! They are from Girls Planet 999, a show similar to Produce 101!
Our nine girls are Shen Xiaoting, Sakamoto Mashiro, Ezaki Hikaru, Kang Yeseo, Seo Youngeun, Kim Dayeon, Choi Yujin, Huening Bahiyyih, and Kim Chaehyun!
They are all talented girls who should all be respected! The show was so much hard work and they all had so much dedication!

I feel like I didn't get to see much of Bahiyyih's talent or personality on the show, so I'm looking foward to seeing what she's like once they debut. So far, I've only been able to see short clips scattered here and there throughout Twitter and I'm hoping those clips will help me fall in love with her. I kinda feel bad I don't know as much about her compared to the other members.

This line up is very solid and pretty realistic if you think about old produce shows (based on the voting system btw) we might not have exceptional main vocalist like Yeonjung Yuri(although i would like to disagree cause i have followed chaehyun since before and girl is sooo good) etc but these girls can actually all sing unlike shows that literally had girls that cannot sing. They can all dance well too and so many leader materials. I really like seeing Chaehyun as the leader she always gives me leader vibes but i doubt she will be Yujin is the oldest but i fell like her leading style is mainly because she is the unnie. Dayeon is more of choreo oriented leader imo So realistically speaking Mashiro so far leads a group the best, however since only Yeoungeun has experience Mashiro as a leader, i feel like the girls will pick her since she has experience.

Bahiyyih came from a family of talented singers and musicians. She can play multiple instruments, has a stable voice, and her dancing skills are really great. I can't wait to see bahiyyih prove how talented she is

yes and she is someone who can communicate well in many different languages, who can well speak to the international audience and can help xiao as the only other chinese speaker (hikaru has mashiro and yujin can speak japanese too). she also has an amazing vocal potential and variety skills, she is for sure a good addition

I’ll just add some things because for some reason people love to ignore Bahiyyih and just focus on her family: - she is a SELFTAUGHT trainee, yet still on par with others - she is the STABLE VOCALS queen - listen to any of her performances, she is the most stable one in all of the groups - she was given INVISIBLE TRATMENT by Mnet - they gave her 0 screentime, and only from vlog style cams of other trainees we know that she is very kind and helps others - her uncle said that SHE IS AWARE OF THE HATE she is getting, and mind you she is 17 years old Bahiyyih, I wish you the best luck, I hope you will enjoy your time in Kep1er and that people will someday see the amazing person you are ❤️

In terms of their vocals, I don't have any words to say because all of them are great vocalist as well as in dancing, all of them are so incredible in terms of their dancing skills. Good entertainers, great visuals, and also all of them really improved. Can't wait to see them debut. KEP1ER IS 9. OT9 STAN HERE!

From an objective standpoint, this lineup is very good skills-wise, but definitely specializes more in dance or performance. There may not be an exceptional main vocalist (yet), but with more training, Chaehyun will absolutely rise to the occasion. Other members who have held vocal roles such as Yujin, Youngeun, and Mashiro could also provide good support for the vocal line. I think the reason why we haven't gotten a full grasp of everyone's skills yet is because mnet was too focused on showing why we shouldn't root for x trainee, robbing most of the members of good storylines that had the potential to make them more relatable and why the lineup announcement feels a bit more divisive compared to say, Produce.

TBH this time i can't give them clear positions because they are really well rounded.
