It would be nice if all of us came together with some kind of investment to build homes and upgrade traditional ones across the continent. It should become a partnership so everyone will have a decent home. Also, to renovate the villages while maintaining the traditional aspect and making them more functional. Soon folks will rather live in the village. But that’s another topic that can be possible.

I hope with all these developments there will be no point where developers begin to shrink the sizes of the rooms to two square feet like I hear about in New York. I also hope that the developers are wise and not build to the point of crowding land spaces. Leave space for the beautiful greenery and enough space to expand the roads to multiple lanes. Nothing like having a city with very limited driving room. Traffic can be minimal or even eliminated with proper planning. Just my thoughts... or fears... if you will.
