Glad to see your community helped you out. I wanted to ask why you thread the wiring through the supports rather than handing them from the supports. It seems like more work for any maintenance to thread the cables.

If your inverter supports more than one string (most do) you may be able to start putting new panels on a seperate string (circuit)

The inverter does have two MPPT chargers, and I will be running two strings of 6 panels each. Currently wired as two strings of 5 panels each. The MPPT can handle 100V to 400VDC, and with six panels the working voltage is around 200V. With five panels, around 170V.
