Interesting weather, I was out this night too (I think we chatted) and yes my little Abisko wasn't nearly as solid as your Soulo! It still held up, but yes the wind was easily 40mph

Have a Soulo BL myself, great tent, but I'd avoid hilleberg their hard ground pegs. The tops eventually come off. What hard ground pegs are you using? If you wanna try something new, get a recumbent trike like the "ICE Full Fat" which set a record going to the South Pole.

I’m not going on a recumbent. 😂 I tried once years ago. Straight off. I use deltas on the guylines. And alpkit spikes for the tent. They’re excellent. Can take some abuse. I’ve had my current set about 7 years. 👍

Now then now then pal. Great video Andy, some challenges with the walk up and xlimb but the tent dealt with it well. Still say you should of took a bobcat up there,borrow Ants heavy duty version. Your nephew has some great talent and i have it on my playlist. Its a great toon. Now, i have to say, bill clinton wasnt in the tent but Tom Hanks was😂. Hope you have a great xmas and new year. I love this kind of content and it’s going to take me a while to go through your back catalogue. What I’ve seen so far is absolutely perfect. Been camping myself for a few years now but not on Your scale. Just local in Norfolk ware I’m from. No wild camping down here but some nice out of the way small camp sites around north Norfolk.
