Thank you for making this video. It makes me happy to see that you managed to heal from it alhamdulilah. I got married when I was 23 and just got divorced 2 months ago which was only 1 year later. We only lived together for 5 months as the first 6 months of marriage were long distance. Even though I was the one to make the call to end the marriage, I always feel really down and sad and gloomy about my future prospects. I always feel like I will never find another husband and it makes me just feel stuck in a rut. It is difficult because obviously we put our trust in Allah and that he has a better plan for us but my heart feels really sad and hopeless. I would really appreciate it if you make the video about healing and overcoming these feelings insha'allah.

Most arranged marriages comes with very high divorce rate because that spouse was chosen for you by someone else from your family or friends and it doesn’t end well in the long term, vetting your future husband or wife is one of the most important decisions anyone can make, avoiding red flags 🚩in your spouse is vital before it turns left, my advice to anyone who wants to marry someone is be careful of what someone says to you but, watch their actions carefully, date your future spouse at least a year that way you will understand each other needs, set family goals, talk about work, having children, etc ….
@MohseenLala7 күн бұрын
Well, for one thing, muslims don't date in the western style. So it'll be hard to truly be alone and get to know a person. Secondly, in my experience, both love and arranged marriages seem to have an equal divorce outcome. Marriage is simply a gamble, how you do it really doesn't matter.

Is the chance of a horrible marriage less by delaying till after 30? Feel like it’s the same odds and delaying could just be kicking the can down the road. Also seems like the ‘older’ ones are more disillusioned and just end up playing the transactional game with that young innocent passion/love being non-existent in their experiences- which guess is ok for some. Anyhu I dunno, feel like regardless of the age we make own our luck.

That’s ridiculous. Do you know how many women deal with infertility after 30? If marriage and having a child is something you want, delaying isn’t wise. I would say make a sound choice that isn’t based on desire and fear of being alone. And get family or a trusted elders advice.
