An Update on Rosco Settling in

Just a quick update on how Rosco is settling into pack life. He’s so happy he is pinching himself he can hardly believe it. Dreams do come true. He’s also so very relaxed and incredibly grateful, only wanting to do the right thing. Good on you Rosco.

The permasmile on Luke's face and the joy in Sam's voice says it all and makes me want to... I don't know, fly over there from Canada and give you both a big, fat hug. The lack of sleep, the worry, the uncertainty and setbacks, as hard as they are, make these moments even sweeter I'm guessing. Life is beautiful with people like you in it.

If my circumstances were different I'd adopt Rosco in a heartbeat. From death row to this and he still has more of himself yet to shine. Freddo and Roscoe. 2 Titans. I loved it when they walked next to each other. I think Roscoe very much likes Freddo. Freddo is older and he has his sore hips so probably won't want to rough and tumbling like Freddie or Maggie. Roscoe is respectful. I fantasise about Roscoe staying and helping Freddo lead the pack with Tilly and CP. He is a beautiful dog. THANK YOU for all your hard work rehabilitating him. He is a credit to you all and again such an ambassador for the change of direction.

I remember when you thought there was no way you could train shadow she was too aggressive and you said you could probably train her to a no other dogs family no kids and look how far you’ve come she can be with other dogs and family and has a wonderful life no more just being a baby maker for her

It’s so apparent how all the pups enjoy being together… just a bunch of friends playing and having the freedom to roam and explore without being confined. Uncle Luke uses the word “free” as his release word, but I believe it’s more than a word💕to the rescue pups. Thank you again Luke and Sam for sharing this journey with all of your dog loving friends. Well that does it! The police helicopter was dispatched because they heard there was too much fun happening at the Farm! I didn’t realize how big Roscoe really until I saw him walking next to Freddo. Let’s hope he doesn’t think he’s a lap dog.

I gotta say,you have the best job in the world. So happy for Roscoe. I have 3 street dogs and 1 return to the pound 3×for fear issues dog. Happy to say he ain't scared of nothing now. Big Willy from Philly and the other 3 love each other to death. I'd have about 20 I'd I had a bigger home. Keep up the good work. Pound pups rule. Love watching your videos.

New owner has a full enclosure AND Luke has been teaching Luna “quiet” and she responds well, so new owner will be able to keep training her for that, with Luke’s help. Best wishes for new owner and Luna together!

I loved watching the Staffy pups giving Maggie a taste of her own medicine. I didn't realize how protective Barney was of you Sam. I really enjoy watching Freddie and Gus play. Rosco's happy face says it all. He's interacting so well with all the doggos, and I'm sure beautiful Freddo will come round to feeling he's not actually being replaced, but there's another dog just like him, that needs to be in the house pack so they can finish their training.
