You have the right to deny a lie detector test. EVERYONE should exercise these rights. Innocent or guilty. With the strict border control in most European countries, it should be easy enough to determine if he was in Spain at the time. If he wasn't, it doesn't mean he wasn't involved, just that he wasn't present physically. Also test results are only admissible in Florida with consent of both parties.

For the record, just because someone retains an attorney is not evidence of guilt. It is evidence of wisdom the way some law enforcement go about their jobs. And I am pro law enforcement and might still pursue a career in it. But let us not be foolish. Whoever abducted her or harmed her needs to be held accountable. I pray the full, clear truth comes out. As much as we hate the young lady going missing, let us remember we are innocent until proven guilty.
