On Friday, February 9, 2024, the body of a woman was recovered from the Loire River near the Saint-Symphorien in Tours, France. And, still another unidentified body of a woman of short stature was found in Criquebeuf-sur-Seine (Eure) near Pont-de-l'Arche on the same day!) *I think the family needs to extend their search to France!*

🤨 that thing that’s inadmissible in court? It means nothing to refuse a lie detector. It’s illegal to inform the jury that the defendant refused a lie detector, unless it’s agreed upon by both parties when it’s pertinent to the defense or prosecution. To be a “courtroom based “ YT page and point that out, as if it’ll influence the verdict is either ignorance or purposefully misleading.

Never ever ever ever take a lie detector test. I’m so over people talking about “optics”. You have a right to an attorney. You have the right to remain silent. You have the right to deny a lie detector test. EVERYONE should exercise these rights. Innocent or guilty. The messaging that “oh, you look guilty if you ask for a lawyer, don’t talk to cops, refuse a lie detector etc” is why innocent people are in prison right now. It is never in your interest to waive your rights.

There is a lot of subjectivity in polygraphs. That's why they're not admissible in court. It's almost like they just want to see your reaction more than any actual machine test. That's why I say stay calm and politely inform them to pound sand.
