We had the honor of having 2018 World Championship beam silver medalist, Ana Padarariu attend a couple of our events this past summer! Her story inspired us all and when she told us she was training for the next Olympics, we knew we had to document her story. Ana's work ethic is unmatched. She sets the standard on what being a Beam Queen means and is someone every gymnast around the world can look up to. Good luck, Ana! I’ve always admired your cheerfulness as well as your gymnastics. UCLA is not the same team without you. Rooting for you! Wouldn’t it be fun if you and Emma Malabuyo both go to the Olympics? From NCAA: Luisa Blanco (Alabama-COL), Aleah Finnegan (LSU-PHI) and Anya Pilgrim (FL-BRB) are going! Emma Spence (NEB-CAN), Csenge Bacskay (NEB-HUN) Amelie Morgan (Utah-GBR), Lynzee Brown (grad from Denver-Haiti) and Trinity Thomas (graduated from FL-USA) are going to try. Wonderful portrait of an inspiring athlete. Great seeing clips of Ellie Black who is prolly a great mentor to Ana and other Canadian gymnasts. But I think Ana was referring to Kristina Vaculik (Canadian National team/ 2012 Olympian/ Stanford Gymnastics), who was her gym-mate, as a motivator for an elite career.
