Whole Foods has a sprouted wheat crust for 300 calories, or white for 360. If you have prime you get a discount at checkout. It helps. Good luck everyone.

Hawaiian Anabolic pizza should be super easy. Either use canadian bacon or if you want to level up, use roasted pork tenderloin. Everything else stays the same. Low calorie marinara, fat free cheese.

@@GxGNoir turkey bacon is still too fatty and not enough protein. Plus it won't taste like a Hawaiian pizza. You could use black forest ham but thats also gonna be less anabolic than canadian bacon or pork loin. But if thats what you want, do what makes you happy.

Recommendation: cover the cheese with a small amount of cooking spray. It doesn't take a lot and it goes a long way to making the fat-free cheese melt and blister like real cheese. Maybe spray the inside of the bag for two seconds and toss the cheese inside.

This is great! I used egg whites & egg white protein powder to make the crust so even more protein. I like it spicy so I use Sweet Baby Ray’s hot sauce & save the fat free ranch to drizzle on each piece as I eat it. Great recipe!

I found a recipe online that uses flour and greek yogourt to create dough, and its surprisingly good. A medium cheese pizza equivalent to a medium at dominoes or pizza hut is only 800 calories, compared to 2000+ calories from fast food

Good thing about eating spicy foods is you typically drink more. The more you drink (obviously 0 calorie), the more full you’ll feel. For people like me who are perpetually dehydrated, that’s a plus along with the satiety.

What can i do if i just found out that i have high glucose intolerance? My morning glucose levels and 3 months levels are finé but with 75gr of glucose after 2h my glucose levél is 6.13. Left it out on the counter for about 3 hours to cool. I really think the issue was too wide of a pan. It needed up being maybe a cm tall. Whereas Rems was about an inch tall. But the next day when it was cold was awesome.

1000 calorie pizza? Holy cow. That's my calories for an entire day . I make this on a Mission-low carb , 14 grams of fiber. 5 grams of protein , 70 calories, whole wheat wrap and do 2 tsp of red hot and 2 tsp of blue cheese . If you're dieting and trying to lose weight - try this- this way. It tastes amazing.

Yes, all you have to do is figure out what your daily caloric need is and then fit the diet to it. Don't really have to worry about macros, everything has plenty of protein.

keto diet is amazing for weight loss if you want to pee a bunch of water weight out. for fat loss it does nothing really, only fat loss is done by calorie deficit
