What are Chaffels?
@evolvewithmonettellc4 жыл бұрын
@@Stu_Kennedy A trending cheese & egg hybrid usually cooked on a Mini Dash. Some folks add in small amounts of low carb "flour" to fortify their recipes, like psyllium husk or almond flour. A chaffles is typically used as a substitute for Keto/low carb recipes where a bun or bread is required. Or it can be eaten in place of traditional waffles. The base is a neutral palate that can be "sweet" or savory. Lots of recipes here on KZbin that are easy to follow.

Do the math on the micros. One dinner roll only has 15 carbs, fat free cheese is little to none, and the lean beef is really healthy(don’t know micro stats for it) eating 1-3 of these isn’t bad for you at all.
@millennialeffect99174 жыл бұрын
GrandaddyCrunk I agree. It’s not like I’m gonna only eat one slider.

To me, anything where the protein is a higher macro proportion than carbohydrates is pretty decent. I have no interest in cutting carbs completely out or reducing them to extremely low levels. I am working out six days a week, and I need fuel. I get 1 g of protein per pound of body weight, and then I backfill my other macros with carbs and fats. The macros of this meal works perfectly for my plan.

Be careful, butter sub is NOT actually zero cals They can round down below a certain level like 5 cals. If each spray is 4 calories that can add up fast when you cover all the buns 2-3 times That said I thing his recipes are a great idea for most people but would suggest incorporating some vegetables instead of powdered vegis
