This is a very good channel. I hope it gets what it deserves. Impressive review

This thing sounds good and has a great balance of features and WYSIWYG style usability. This would be a great simple all in one rig or a really great backup or travel rig too. Great job NUX!

Is there a way to record a loop with one preset and then play over it with another preset or will the loop change preset as well? Nice review!

I actually tried that and the preset did change. I hope they can do something about it via software update, because it would be great if you could record something with one preset and then switch to a lead preset.

Does nux trident have stereo effects? I can't figure out if there are stereo effects

People say it's dual mono, but I found no confirmation about this in the manual.

this or the mg30 ?
@CatPickStudios11 ай бұрын
Great question! Sound quality wise I think they are the same as they use same algorithms and processing (I think). The rest comes down to your preferences of how you like to operate your modelers. MG-30 is a bit more preset based, so you have to plan your setlist sounds more in advance. With Trident you can choose your sounds more on the fly, which is something lot of player like.

Dual mono output. Not true stereo output. Effects are mono.

I always wonder if the single effects they also sell are really better quality or are they maybe the same like the multifx...
@CatPickStudios11 ай бұрын
That's an interesting question indeed. There might be some differences with analog pedals like drives for example. But I would imagine they're using the same algorithms for the digital stuff on the modelers and the single pedals.
