This is a great explanation for a introduction to this technology, but anyone looking for layout advise will probably find this a little too long winded for a basic idea without covering, phase noise, power, or waveform with respect to number of stages.

This video is for trained fresher , it's quite impossible to explain or cover all the topics, for layout practice , I hope this information is enough , what ever you mentioned point those can be taken care from the circuit designer not layout person
