Spelled “focused” with 2 Ss on second slide (first actual slide, tip #1), video lost some credibility to me right from the start, but still a great video. Thank you Andrew Leong for your professional advice on how to comment on a KZbin video, I am forever grateful as I would have been lost without you.

@@andrewleong8643 I’d say there’s nothing worse than attending big picture meetings and there be spelling mistakes. You went through all this hassle to communicate a message, and you’re gonna make me question whether or not you’re literate?

@@andrewleong8643 this is also a KZbin comment thread, not a professional setting. Didn’t realize I had to have my Sunday best on at all hours of every day. Thanks for the advice, I’ll consider it in the future. Also, it takes some nerve to go after someone saying they have a “low-level” way of thinking and to say that they won’t progress into senior management positions. I’m sorry, do you know who I am? Do I know who you are? No to both of those, but if you ever want to talk, have a genuine conversation outside of a KZbin comment thread I’d be glad to hear your personal and professional takes on things. But me pointing to a silly spelling mistake, then you making these assumptions, I think you can do better. I hope your management style lends itself to positive affirmation and not just trying to harp on peoples’ weaknesses. Best of luck to ya, but I’m sure you don’t need it, it sounds like you’ve got things figured out for yourself 👍

@@andrewleong8643 there, edited my original comment, that should satisfy you. I gave credit where credit is due, including to you. Thank you again. But for reals now, can I just walk away now or are you gonna come back again and tell me again how I’m destined for failure in this world?

@@andrewleong8643 I’d extend a friend request via LinkedIn but your name literally brings up thousands of results. So that’s a bit of a gamble. To my knowledge there’s only one Sherman Belfry

@@andrewleong8643 I was born in 93, my parents hate basketball but almost named me Shaquille. Right up until birth that was my name, then when I was born they said I looked more like a Sherman. Unique names are good but maybe consider yourself lucky 🤣 I do love my name, but most peoples’ response when I tell them what I was supposed to be named, well they usually just erupt in laughter.

Hi great video, just wondering how do you get the change in attendance?
@Miki-rx2wj
@Miki-rx2wj 2 жыл бұрын
It's a % Change. You can use this formula AT15 = Attendance at staff training for 2015 AT16 = Attendance at staff training for 2016 Change% = AT16/AT15-1 Change% = 16/10-1 Change% = 1,6-1 Change% = 0,6 | *100 Change = 60% Value in the numerator is the one you're comparing to a reference value Growth YoY would have current year in the numerator and last year in the denominator
