Great video and analysis! I would argue that the repeated B flat in bars 58-59, the A flat inversion of the main subject in bar 59 (with anacrusis) and the insistent F in bars 61-63 connect the unison E flat at the crux of the movement to the more obvious subject statements starting on C in bar 65; thus completing the circle of fifths path backwards, as it were.

In the bar 36, I don't feel that that's the entrance of the subject in the violas but two bars earlier, as part of the stretto together with violins 3 and 4 playing the subject in F flat

In F, not F flat. I would count both entrances - F and G sharp.
