Love what you've done with the biochemistry series. For the MCAT, so many of the passages describe experiments which must be analyzed. Understanding all of the different experimental methods is critical to doing well, and you have taken the time to describe each one in great detail. Forever in debt!!

Can u plz say tht after doing sds for each line the sample is collected frm tht line and we conducted salting out of tht sample and put it in the nxt line and again frm the nxt line we collected sample and did ion exchange chromatography and put it in the nxt line for SDS and repeated this process untill we got single band Or like for each line we r taking sample for the beaker and doing salting and putting it in the line and again we take sample from the beaker did ion exchange and thn putting it in the sds and so on?
