Na palavra "bençãos", ela é dita desse jeito mesmo. Esse "ão" no fim traz esse som para a música. Além disso, quando ele segura uma certa vogal da letra é por motivo do Português ser um idioma musical, então tendemos a esticar algumas letras de forma melodiosa, muitas vezes sem notar. Falo por experiência de ser nativa da língua, então não sei se existe alguma técnica vogal específica para esse segurar das letras que ele faz.
