Very impressive! I've always thought that indian people spoke English from India, also I think that's easier for Australian and European to have "less" accent, whenever I hear a German, swiss speak English I think they have no accent at all (it's not the case of french and Spanish people by the way 😅)

Ken Watanabe has started to study English since his 40s. From completely zero. You can imagine how hard to study second languages in 40s. I think there are few Japanese who can speak English in his level. Even if he could make a mistake in grammar, what is the problem?

07:51. It's not something you WALK OUT saying... I loved this part. Though in any moment she said she was 'leaving' some place, she inserted this phrasal verb within the sentence. And we all do this all the time. We put some verbs that doesn't change anything you mean but make the expressions become more alive, more colloquial. It GIVES ME THE CREEPS, when I want to say something here in the comments, I know all the verbs I need to use, but it still lacks that kind of vocabulary that enriches the language with more words and images. Thank you for the lesson!

Just wanted to throw something out there. When the producers would tell Arnold that there's never been a leading actor with a foreign accent they were dead wrong! Because Bruce Lee, who starred in Enter the Dragon, he spoke English with a foreign accent, but it sounded beautiful and very understandable! Plus, Bruce Lee also had a great body and his abs were the stuff of legend (even though he wasn't a bodybuilder! His shredded body was the by-product of his martial arts training)! He took the world by storm even though he died so young! And Jean Claude Van Damme came along, who also speaks with a foreign accent but it still sounds beautiful and comprehensible! In my opinion, you can have a foreign accent and still sound beautiful! And regarding auto-correction, we native speakers also make mistakes and correct ourselves! Congrats on your 10 year anniversary! Keep going strong forever!

Great video! There are a a couple things I wanted to point out. English is one of the official languages of India, so it's not accurate to say that Priyanka is a non-native speaker. She speaks English fluently because she comes from an English-speaking country. The clip of Arnold sounds like it was from several years ago -- I would say he currently speaks native-like English.

Hi -- I'm a native English speaker. Penelope is talking about her brother's baby. I partially agree with you carrizo bt in order to learn English language we are supposed to learn each and every word or as much as we can. If not so then what is the use of learning another language and this kind of words are everywhere in the tv shows and movies. It's quite common. Better to learn something rather than hitting out.
