It's one of the commercial centres of the state and has a lot of things that make the town very important

It is good building a flyover here. More flyovers as time goes but it is even better to put institutional framework such as Ekwulobia Town and Development Planning Authority, Town or City council to deal with sanitation and waste management and IGR planning etc etc. Good job Orof Soludo

Be practical and HONEST............Every Town ( be it Lagos, Onitsha, Nnewi, (Enugu/Ngwoo/Udi/ Nike), Ogidi, Obosi, Adazi, Agulu, Nise, Nibo.......Owerri, Mbaise, Umuahia, Nsukka, Abakaliki, Afikpo etc. ) has Natives. Natives of every Town just BUILD Homes randomly ( without Urban Planners coming to tell them how to BUILD their Homes. Take for instance Onitsha, Onitsha Natives live in their Villages called "Ogbe". Onitsha was developed by Eastern Region's Government in the 1950's as an Igbo Commercial Center/Capital. Parts of Onitsha outside the (Onitsha Villages "Ogbe" ) like Fegge, Woliwo, Odoakpu, Okpoko, Enu Onitsha and NEWLY developed Awada and Nkpor Junction Main Market and other Markets were PLANNED and DEVELOPED with East Central State Government Funds, and continued with Anambra State Funds ( CONSTRUCTION of multi-lane Avenues like Upper Iweka Road, and the NEW Round About near Dennis Memorial Grammar School so called "DMGS" etc ) because Igbo People WANT their Commercial Center as a World Class City. Our (Igbo Money ) Wealth comes from Onitsha........Come on, every Igbo person from all Igbo States and even Bendel State has a RELATIVE or FRIEND that lives in Onitsha. So Planned Cities ( Most Capital Cities or NEW Nigerian Capital Abuja ) come to be, after the Town has shown some IMPORTANCE (Commercial Center, Industrial/Manufacturing Center or State Administrative Center like Awka ). I am from Umuchiani Village of Ekwulobia. I live in California, USA.

Ekwulobia "agbanitegoooo". It has come up to a LEVEL where all its Roads need to be tarred for ease of Commercial Activity. Ula Village of Ekwulobia situated towards Uga Town has a VAST OPEN Land Area from Otalu River towards Umuomaku Town/ Ogboji Town in Orumba South Local Government Area of Anambra State.......Amanbra State Government can PLAN and DEVELOP that Area by BUILDING ANOTHER ( yes Second ) "International Airport " there with Flights going to ANY part of the World from there and coming from ANY part of the World to there. Then you can CONSTRUCT Boulevards, multi-lane Avenues and multi-lane Freeways to Abia State, Imo State and Rivers State ( P.H.) I am from Umuchiani Village of Ekwulobia. I live in California, USA.
