Huge thing you amazingly forgot to explain! The difference between 1.55 and 1.33 is NOT the aspect ration ONLY! It’s the field of view! On 1.55 you will get wider image compared to the 1.33 meaning you will get more on the sides! That’s why the aspect ratio is smaller because sit has to put more in the frame. Easy!

Do you guys, think you will do a gold flare or red flare at all for the 1.55 or 1.33 anamorphic. Not that i'm knocking the blue flares. I have a letus anamorphic which i have modified to fit my gopro 9 and i love it. However I have to wonder how a gold or red flare might enhance or harmonize a late afternoon or sunset video..

My one reservation with the phone cases is that they are such a pain to remove after every time I use it. It’s a reason why I use the clip on attachment a lot more than the case.

So I there is a little mistake in this video the bottom camera on the 12 pro max isn't the wide angle it's the standard camera lens,the top is the telephoto lens and 3rd on the far right is the wide angle. #sandmarc

When I shoot in 4K while using filmic pro the resulting footage isn't the 2.39:1 anamorphic look. It only comes out that way when I use 2K or 1080P. Any ideas what is going on?

I think mainly 1.55 is wider, which equates for example to a cinematographic frame

Many. first its Field of view is wider, you have more on the sides. You have longer horizontal Bokeh compared to 1.33! Also have longer more exaggerated Lens flares. more blurriness and distortion on the sides compared to 1.33. in general a more unique image

I purchased you 1.55x lens but I think I received a defective one. I'm setting it up correctly but I always get a black shadow/line on one of the edges of the footage which make a it useless. I tried it many times and it's always the same, when I pan a certain direction the dark lines show up in the opposite side. Can I return it?

Mine does the same. I think you are supposed to crop 5% of the image on all sides. Do you also get wobbly video when you pan to the side?

Sandmarc recommends cropping 5% on all sides, i have done it with LumaFusion I think other programs should work too.

After you select 1.33 or 1.55 depending on what you have do you turn disqueeze in preview only? And what does that mean? If you don't have it on it won't desqueeze or what?

very interesting, thanks. however I could not avoid noticing the heavy blur at the side of the image (both in the 1.55x and in the 1.33x footage comparison). I never experienced it with my Moondog Labs 1.33x, so I do not know why
