I completely agree with you, she even put a video against carlsen, where she wins because carlsen got disqualified (touched a piece and then he changed his mind). I personally think that is not "a win". PD. I do think reviewing lost games is actually more helpful than reviewing won games

@ChessQueen Dear Alexandra , to understand what I said please go to wikipedia in english and give in my name : LUTZ NEWEKLOWSKY Here you can find under the title "BEAUTY IN CHESSPROBLEMS" my worldrecord mate of the year 2001 , which humans can´t understand and VISWANATHAN ANAND said : "The best player in future will be the person who will be the best in learning and sometimes in understanding what computers teach to us." Nowadays the computers CORRECT the openings of the human chesstheory.

I want to see Sasha play Vishy in a standard game of chess, where they can both take more time to think. Let them play the best of six series.

The Russians used to rig games... but Fischer can't use that excuse for refusing to play Karpov. In this case he was scared of losing.

ah, nice little tactic :). I don't think it's THAT amazing that they both missed it though. I think what happened was: Anand blundered (horribly). Kosteniuk on her part recognizes that she is playing the world champion and therefore trusts his calculation, concentrating on avoiding threats, not prioritizing the attacking possibilities enough and therefore misses a fairly obvious mating attack. This happens to all of us when we are defending a worse position or playing some1 higher rated.

Dude this is youtube which was made for people to upload clips of themselves landing 720s on their skateboards. The ones they miss they can leave in the garage. Girl shows some great "720s" on a board without wheels.

Seems like that Kosteniuk has a forte in blitz,i think that blitz is also a type of game that has its meaning(very good for training) but it is not accurate to show the player's true power..I think the lowest time to consider a player's power is a fast rapid game(25 min)
@PMilet
@PMilet 14 жыл бұрын
Actually, the game is played '3+2', ie, you are supposed to get 2 seconds increment per move. That's usual for most top-level blitz games.

@yapanuwan Yes it is, because Bobby Fischer's IQ, who was world chess champion, was detected 180. 180 IQ is above normal level.

Its amazing what these great players miss when they play blitz. At 6.54 Kosteniuk would have won straight away with Kt b3 check.

Yes I agree with you.. This game when I saw it, so i was surprised by this game the way Anand was playing. From a world chess champion, at least I can't believe he could play a kiddish game. In the begining Anand captured Knight and was a piece ahead. It is not a shame that he lost to a woman but a shame that he played a very bad game. mostly players give up points to others, that is why Bobby fisher argued about this and quit playing chess because of unfair in tournaments.

Replying to '' jbat100's '' comment its true, she never posts games of her losing dispite claiming to. So only ever goes into blitz games, and the ones she has won then she becomes less talented at proper standard games............

I don't believe he lost on purpose. When playing chess you have to play with all your might as a sign of respect for the other player. Unless Anad holds no respect for her he would have lost on purpose. All chess players will agree that you most hold enough respect for each other when playing.

You are thinking of Marilyn vos Savant, who was measured with a child's IQ rating, as opposed to Abdellesam Jelloul who was measured with a proper adult IQ test (one that tests all facets of intelligence). Marilyn vos Savant actually has a adult IQ test score of 185, which is lower than that of certain males. Your argument has still not been proven, as you have simply pointed out an anomaly.

if you put that in google search bar, so you will be able to get to the site.... The other thing is that do you know who is recorded the highest IQ level in human kind? There was a lady, I dont remember her name, with 208 IQ level. Whereas, Bobby Fisher's IQ was around 180. Good luck.

continued, Thus, in olden days, if women would have been given the same authority so who know what would have happened. I understand if you are male, so it is not acceptable for you the superiority of woman over man, because of the same old mentality and irrational fear of woman leading in the field of man's life which makes you sick. I was too thinking the same like you. But later on I found out this is truth and truth always has to be accepted. You know what, I was muslim but now i am atheist.
