Just wonderful, I have been researching "learn pole dance online" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Menincoln Feyria Method - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got great success with it.

Yeah, pole dancing is usually labelled as a "cheap" and "trashy" type of dance. But this type of pole dance which Anastasia is performing is artistic and classy and should separate itself from what is seen at strip clubs. To be blunt, Anastasia is high class pole dancing while strip club dancing is low class.
