And somewhere in the hurricane hope is waiting, crying in the distance and calling out your name

Some songs never get old through history of mankind including this one, I was a teenager when I listened to it for the first time when it came out, and I just always keep realizing how time flies by very fast, incredible that it's over 20 years now

I know I've waved this already somewhere there... but I shaked hands with DG centre of his solo 07/1999. It was 1) drunken idé 2) knowing that right place in the middle of it that it could be possible. Judgement was released just week ago but I had listened that so many times I already knew that whole album. And yes, that's over half LIFE ago. I listened them 1995 and I'll do that as long I can. They gave me hope when all hope was gone... who can forgot that kind of emotions? Some? I just love their attitude -back then- their passion... and hard work ...to even got to see those people who listened them. Deeply. This album came next. --- I guess no one shake hands in the middle of playing? I play, and that's still crazy idé. But he did. It was a club gig day before their gig in festival. Their set were almost identical, started "Orion" by Metallica. And that start, there, festival, little town, near Russia... shame I couldn't get recorder (C-cass deck) back then. They were just absolutely brilliant. And crowd really liked what they heard. Like here.

as much as I wish a good old doom Anathema to come back, this is still a masterpiece

As much as a like doom metal I’ve always thought Anathema is at its best being a prog band.

Seeing is believing but I don't want to know Walk on through the wasteland I just can't let go Face down I just break down, When I see you cry all the time Hold on please Behind those grey and lonely eyes Hold on to me Unforgotten by time Tempt fate release Reality is dawning Escape Someone now is screaming As the flames fly high Think now that we're lost here But we don't know why Face down I just break down When I see you cry all the time Hold on please, behind those grey and lonely eyes Hold on to me, unforgotten by time Tempt fate, Release, reality is dawning Escape, spirit is awakening Hold on please, somewhere in the hurricane Hold on to me, hope is waiting Tempt fate release, crying in the distance Escape, calling out your name

In addition to my comments elsewhere about their live performance tempos / emptiness (despite this song being good), miming to backing vocals triggered by the keyboards? *sigh*
