I'm a huge fan of your lectures! I've always been interested in the medical field and have been exploring all sorts of videos since I was 17. Now at 20 Hopefully i'll be very knowledgeable by the time I have the opportunity to enroll in medical school. Awesome work professor.

First and foremost, Sir your lectures are truly amazing and worth-full; the way of delivering the lecture is really wonderful, and at the same time they help me a lot in understanding the concepts profoundly and in a lucid way. Huge thank you for that Sir while explaining Episiotomy, you pinpoint the region between the Vaginal orifice and the Anal orifice is the "Perineum" But as far as my knowledge is concern actually it is the Perineal body (central tendon) where most of the perineal muscle get inserted. In fact the Perineum is the region inferior to the pelvic diaphragm that lie between superior medial aspect of thigh appear as diamond shaped area which is formed of Urogenital triangle and Anal Triangle. So just wanted to know your perspective.

+AHMED SAVANI  Thank you for your kind words.  Here is a link to a Wikipedia article on variations of episiotomies.  As mentioned in the article, the frequency of episiotomies performed has been declining in recent years.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Episiotomy

Each human is a one in a 360 million winner Yet most of us spend a lifetime lacking of much self respect & trying to build some self confidence, just to feel like worth something Each human is a miracle, developing from a single cell to a gilled dinosaur looking creature, then to the most intelligent specie on Earth, with such intricate design refined down to the nanometer Yet most of us live a careless unorganized life like an aimless wanderer in concrete jungles Each human has billions of supporters, the cells in our body working hard 24/7 just to keep us alive & well Yet most of us feel lonely & lazy in life, adapting alternative escape habits such as smoking, drinking, drug abusings, that really damages & destroys the health & body Amazingly, we consciously choose to do so, without much appreciation or respect for any of the hardworks that billions of cells put into... Human is kinda smart + dumb, such a strange & interesting specie... That's what I've learned & reflected upon so far LOL

It was too good , but I didn't understand the theory of 2 weeks FSH and next two weeks LH.. as much as I know , LH stimulates thecal cell to produce progesterone and androgen which later transferred into granulosa thn turns into estrogen .. Sir it would be helpful if you explain.. your huge fan sir .. good wishes from India

Good video overall yet some minor corrections should be made with relation to episiotomy.

Thank you sir for an amazing lecture But i would like to point that while explaining fallopian tubes you said that they are connected to the ovaries while there are other sources that say that they are not connected , the egg first enters the peritonium and after that into fallopian tubes as peritonium in females have two openings and is not closed , would like to know it from you Thank you sir !
