superb! Im only a second year medical student currently trying to understand the GI tract and the abdominal walls, and this is helping me a lot! Thank you sir! Btw I want to become a surgeon, do you have any sugesstions for me?

I am glad you found the demonstration useful. Thank you so much for your compliments! To be surgeon, firstly, you have to accept the hard labour involved. A surgeon's day begins at 6am and ends at 7 to 8pm everyday, with an overnight call every third day. Surgery is a practical skill learnt on the job, and so, these long work hours become the lifestyle of a good surgeon. Apart from this aspect, I can only advise on the anatomical knowledge needed by a junior training surgeon. Go through all the videos on this channel and learn to identify (and theoretically understand) all the anatomical parts discussed. Then, go through the pathologies discussed in the quizzes and understand their pathogenesis and clinical presentations. If you went with this knowledge into your general surgery rotations in medical school, or even internship and junior training, the senior surgeons will surely be impressed. This will give you a good starting point for getting into a surgical training program.

Can you make a video for MRI on the abdomen
@alisradiologicalanatomycourse Жыл бұрын
I will try to do so in the future but I cannot promise at this point. I have also noted that there isn't any comprehensive video on the MRI of the abdomen available on KZbin. Hopefully I'll get one done sooner rather than later. Thanks for your comment, truly appreciate it.
