Setting standards for overseas recruitment? why not improve compensation and benefits for nurses in the Philippines? Is it because its unfair for other professions? If so, then the Philippines does not deserve to be served by its own nurses.

350,000 daw na nurses ang need ng DOH. Haaaaa???? Eh wala nga naman kayong hiring dba? Kung meron man eh tig iisa dalawa tatlo lang. Tapos yung nakakapasok eh yung may mga padrino lang. Labo talaga.

Yan ang ayaw ko applying any job in the phil, may discrimination sa age, sa school you graduated, at sa padrino. You are not qualified if you are above age limit, if you were from a not popular univ or college or if you dont have a padrino. To DoH, Let those nurses apply in the countries that give jobs to them. They have mouth to feed and let them use their profession.

Mam zen pkisabi kay sir atom gawa ng documentary about nurses sa pinas. Kulang nga nurses pero naghihire ba ang gobyerno ntin pra punan ang kakulangan? Hindi kasi isa akong nurse na di makapasok sa gobyerno, pagtyagaan mo nlng sahod sa private na kapiranggot!

Walang budget ang gobyero para sa nursing salary increase, kung may budget man hindi priority ang nurses. Na doble na ang salary ng pulis at militar nung time ni duterte pero nurses minimum salary parin
