What happens if you move the media file from the temp folder to somewhere else after you've gone to Properties and entered all that data? (new user, here) Thank you so much for these videos!

The file Properties will always stay with the file. If you move the file using Windows you will need to re-establish the link by running the Fix Broken Links. Family Historian does the rest.

I hope you won't mind my asking. Why do you use lower case text and comma or hyphen leaving no spaces?

It's a structure I decided on over many years. I can Parse data from that structure easily, the comma is a different data separator than a hyphen. Title and comments are just plain freehand text.
