This is so interesting because Indians also have a similar recipe just with different ingredients for shampoo. And I was suprised when you put conditioner first in your hair. I’m gonna try this for sure! I accidentally always over oil my scalp and hair, so it’s still greasy after hair wash. Thank you sister !

I want to share 1 tip for healthy hair with you all,, it has changed my life.. Don't wash your hair every single day.. I wash my hair 2 times a week only.. because shampoos actually damage your hair no matter which type of shampoo you use.. it makes your hair dry at first then it'll become frizzy and brittle, your hair ends will become thinner and then you'll have split ends.. It's okay to have greasy hair at first, later you won't even feel it.. the natural texture of our hair is a little bit moist.. Back then in ancient times people had long thick smooth healthy hair.. because they didn't wash it too often and only washed their hair with natural ingredients which they used for shampooing.. so their hair stayed moist and healthy,, not dry or brittle and they never had split ends.. I also had highly damaged hair i actually gave up on my hair and cut it short.. then didn't wash too much and now my hair is naturally healthy and moist always its also growing in a healthy way

In India we use 50 grams of soapnut, 30 grams of shikakai pods , 30 gm of dried gooseberry 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds . Preferably soak them for 6-8 hours . Then boil them in same water for 15-20 minutes . In last add neem leaves/ tulsi leaves if you have dandruff or add curry leaves for hair growth . Let it cool , strain it . Apply 100 ml of on dry scalp . Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes . Then slightly wet your hair apply another 100 ml . Then wash it as normal shampoo . Don’t forget to condition your hair lengths. Inspire of all benefits it does dry your hair .

Very beautiful! Thank you for making so much effort. I was given the Taoist Soap by my Oriental medical doctor, and he gave a regimen to do. Whch was basically using it 2 times a week, scalp massaging everyday for 20 minutes a day. And then also taking enough B vitamins, and Collagen powder sourced from bovine. That combination has helped my hair, i could see skin through my hair before, but its gone now and people think i use a artificial hair thickener thing.
