Great to see the system doing so well with the big girls in berry. Thanks for educating as well as entertaining, Bammo with releasing berried females and legal size checks. Unfortunately many people still break the law. I still remember stories from the old man back in the day where they would line them up cooked in pairs up the bank, and struggle to get the esky lids closed just on tails. Jesus, only you would make vol au vents out bush! 😂

Big crays in berry wonderful too see. Size limits protecting future stock. Way back in the day I fondly remember catching and cooking them up on the river bank with my dad. So pleased that conservation measures will ensure that the same pleasures I experienced as a boy are there for generations to come.

That dog!!- definitely of the long-haired breed & really knows her way around the boat. Love the rivers, so peaceful, especially when everyone else is at church! Tranquily, Camp fire, simple meals (as if - lol) Fantastic to see healthy crays - I think they're trying to reintroduce them over the border here, but with the lock & weirs?? Top scenery & brilliant editing mate.

Reports from the Murray near Albury show good numbers and some massive crays, well over the slot limit so the conservation plans seem to be working. Sneaky but effective and cheap bait is pumpkin! Also it doesn't stink 😂
