Greetings ❤ I am no scientist however, for many years now, whenever I have an unkind thought towards anyone I would send then a Blessing instead. Or, if I felt others had unkindly thoughts towards me I would do the same. My logic is the energetic thought I am sending or receiving meets half way and transmites the negativity. Your wonderful teachings give me so much Strength and Reserve. Blessings to you my friend ❤ 😇😇💋💌💞🙏 Gratitude from Australia. Your on my bucket list, to meet you and be part of your tours, a Dream coming to Reality. Much Love and mountains of Blessings. ❤❤

Dear Gregg, I have been living in a state of judgement. Stuck in being angry at egoic humans , including myself. I was lost in disappointment. Thanks for reminding me to let go and allow. To accept people for who they are. To give thanks for each & every moment. I know we are doing the best we can, learning authenticity & discernment, so beautiful. ❤❤❤

Always, always, you give us words that help us look to unite rather than divide. Your life; and your career(s) have joined in a unique celebration of who we are and inspire us to grow beyond our beliefs and limitations. TY for showing us it is not impossible to forge new landscapes that can and do form a symphony of transformational compassion. TY for being you.

I LOVE that Gregg is distinguishing "feelings" from "Emotions." I've tried to explain to people before that these are NOT identical terms. Feelings "cause" emotions. Plain and simple.

The way I was able to grasp it was to realize that a feeling can be positive, negative, or neutral. The feeling of love can become so negative that it turns towards hate.

Yes greatly appreciated Gregg. Love hearing your experiences of different cultures and their wisdom. Just as we should observe and learn from the negative feelings we can do similar with the positive. We need to be detached from both otherwise if the positive experience is lost we feel differently.

Thanks again dear Gregg Braden. Meditation has saved me from anxiety. But I always felt that . That it makes more sense "to me" practice a living prayer, not only a moment. Like yoga, I prefer to do karma yoga, that is stay in presence in my daily chores than make an 1 hour class. It is weird, but I always follow my instinct and what it feels nicer to me. Rituals are not my favorites. Good to hear kind of that from you , which I admire so much.

Gregg, please tell us how to maintain our light, our divinity while ill. I thought I was filled with light. Then I fell and fractured a femur at the hip zone. I need to get out of the distrust, the need to drastically change my life and people I am around. Yes, I can still access god inside, even with foreign metal in my body. But I need to know how to get over this negative event. I have owned a copy of THE NAG HAMMADI LIBRARY, now signed by Pagels, since 1989. Ok, I bless The Fall. I gloriously bless the fracture. I bless the lessons learned from this seemingly negative event.

In our native language (Telugu), here in souther India, Shantha means peace & ishta means like or love. Prana is usually loosely translated as life or life force as we know it in the physical world around us. Prana has a very deep meaning in Sanskrit, which does not have an English equivalent.

Gregg, You just keep getting better. The Gnostic writings of Thomas are enough to get one through the hard times knowing that God is not an angry old man with a white beard and that humans are so much more glorious and not the slime of the earth. All of these traditions are not separate, they are related, tied together and the red thread of truth. We do not have to choose between science or spirituality. Please continue your work.

Dear Gregg, since I was a child and growing up in a scientific world, I have always thought that science was the proof of what the spirit knows. Time and time again we prove what ancient spirituality has told us. I never understood why science and religion were not married to find answers. Thank you for bringing this out to the world.
