Small note: The time when this battle took place, Semiramis' army cannot be more than 30,000. Similarly, instead of 100,000 camels, she could have had at most 1000 camels, 1000 chariots and approx 5000 horses and 200 ships. 3 million infantry, 100,000 camels, chariots and 500,000 horses are too exaggerated. They had to cross a desert terrain to reach India, how come she could have mustered that many animals and her empire isn't that large to allow 3 million men to go at war while leaving the normal routines of home country unattended

True. We are talking about 700+bce this number was hard to achieve even in the 18 th century and even now, especially the animals ones. I belive it saround 25k men, 500 horses and 1000 camels mainly used for goods transfer.

This mythical story of Queen Semiramis was created by Diodorus Siculus. It's not reported by any Indian writer. Also, it's said to be a myth as there's no record of such a queen by Assyrians who actually had the most comprehensive history of all of their kings and queens. So, you don't have to be emotional

There is no historical evidence to suggest that the Assyrian Queen Shammuramat, also known as Semiramis, attempted to invade the Indian subcontinent. The stories and legends surrounding Queen Shammuramat are a mix of historical accounts and mythology, and it can be challenging to differentiate between the two. Shammuramat was a legendary figure from ancient Assyria, which was a Mesopotamian kingdom in the region of modern-day Iraq, during the 9th century BCE. According to some ancient texts and folklore, she was the wife of King Shamshi-Adad V and later became the regent and queen mother when her son Adad-nirari III ascended to the throne. The accounts of Queen Shammuramat's life are often embellished with mythical and heroic elements, making it difficult to discern the actual historical events from the legends that developed over time. While she is portrayed as a powerful and influential queen in Assyrian folklore, there is no credible historical evidence supporting any attempts by her to invade the Indian subcontinent. Historical records primarily focus on the ancient Near East, and there is little direct evidence of interactions between Assyria and the Indian subcontinent during that period. It's important to approach such historical figures and events with caution, considering the mixture of historical facts and fictional elements present in ancient accounts.
