...I have often wondered about the Jews of Athens; what was the largest population of Jews outside their natural homeland at the time. I don't know when, i can't remember, but at one point there was a split in their Faith; those reformed (to prosper, who went outside the string and spoke Greek) and those Orthodox (which did not survive).
