I always wondered what Tom Bombadil is supposed to be in LOTR. And listening to this.. that bit after the battle and before meeting King of Sodom.. aint that kinda similar? Thank you for whole this amazing body of work fathers. I am savouring it with silly smile. Every last bit of it. Im enjoing it both while slaking or working thankful for that bit of piece I have in my life now while others go through their tests in war and such. Im fattening myself on it before it comes here so I can bear starving longer. :)

Melchizedek is an order of high priest and king. Before God split the office , one of high priest of the sons of Aaron and the other of kings of the sons of Judah which Christ would come in and reunite both offices and become Melchizedek, both ruler and high priest of Israel. I n Genesis 14 Melchizedek was Shem who passed it on to Abraham and ended with Jacob.

Why does NT say Lot’s righteous soul was vexed by the sin in Sodom & Gomorrah; was he a willing participant in the sin going on there?

Do you know what "to vex" means? How did you infer this from the verb "to vex"? It's literally the opposite to what you've put down, my friend.

Vexed means he was deeply troubled, disturbed, upset at a deep level. He had the challenge of carrying the message of God to a people that were violent in their desire to continue their tradition of sin. Aside from their commonly known and talked about practice of homosexuality they were known for robbing, raping and murdering travellers. Lot was most certainly not okay with any of what they were doing. He was vexed in that he didn't know how to to effectively deliver his message. He felt defeated. I hope that helps you understand more of what he was experiencing

Ted sphinx mystery man. Let me simplify Melchizedek flesh and blood man son of nir father no, son of an anunnaki father, mother died at birth. Because of father he was allowed to be raised by Nir husband to mother, the name Melchizedek was given him at birth. Because of the great deluge , mankind was given their freedom from anunnaki rule and the priesthood was reinstalled through Melchizedek which kept mankind still under control of the anunnaki gods.
