My wife and I only saw this pyramid briefly as we took a cab to the airport as we were ending our honeymoon in Italy. I snapped a couple quick pics and thought "oh wow, that's neat - a replica pyramid." Only once I got home did I learn it's an ANCIENT replica 😅

This whole area,with it's proliferation of fascinating sites and artifacts is,in my honest opinion,the very definition of incongruous,what with the traffic lights,roads,car parks and other examples of modern day miscallany in and around this wonderful site. It's such a shame and double unusual taking into account this is in Rome,Italy,usually a place of exquisite design.
