Dear Mira, i just want to share something that helped me in toughest of my days. Praying insha right before sleeping, staying in wudhu before going to bed, constantly doing Zikr before falling to sleep and in the nights i wake up out of anxiety, i clench the holy quran to my heart and do dikhr. The holy quran is “kalamullah- letters from my lord”. Somehow it used to calm me down and induce me to sleep. Trying to be regular with salah, reading just 1/2 pages of quran everyday, and ofcourse tahajjud, all these helped me out. Alhamdulilh ❤ i hope this helps you too. Even if you doubt self, just hold on to it, just keep praying. Sometimes in toughest times, we are unable to act on anything, in those times its imp to atleast hold on to prayer, it will help to cope insha allah

First, you should do what Allah and His messenger have ordered us to do. Second, you have to be patient and satisfied at least (if you not pleased) . At this point, you have passed the test of Allah, and naturally the result (eventually) will be in your favor. May Allah guide us all to His straight path.
