I like my black space bullet pen I've purchased in January 2023. Made three changes for it. Increased the upper diameter of the Fisher Space pen cartridge with cloth tape to make it rattle proof. Add a removable black finger grip from used Pental RSVP disposable pen and reuse a Pen+gear highlighter cap cover that fitted over the point and grip area like correct math. Now it all fits nicely snugged together with confidence. Now it's a conventional stick pen that is more duty for longer writing periods. I think I like it!

The heart and soul of these pens is, obviously, the pressurized refill. That being said, Fisher refills can be purchased with plastic Parker style adapters that allow for use in any pen that uses Parker refills. I love using the Fisher refills in my fairly rugged stainless Parker Jotter, especially when taking notes for my landscape photography.

it may seem obvious, but one of the benefits of the underwater writing is that the ink is waterproof. Which means you can wash over it with watercolors, or spill some coffee on your notebook.

I saw your review and was very taken with this little pen. I'm really a fountain pen snob and feel it's kind of a defeat to have to use a ballpoint pen, but sometimes there's no other way. Because it's small, because it's different, and because of course the story of the pen is totally cool, I ordered one after seeing your video. I totally agree with you; it's a great pen. It goes wonderfully with my Kaweco liliput copper fountain pen and is now part of my edc for work and, quickly tucked into my pocket, for leisure. Then the liliput doesn't feel so alone either. Since I was also looking for a waterproof paper, I found by chance the "Jass all weather lined notebook", on which you can write even with the fountain pen without problems (of course not under water). With a durable ink (I like to use Noodler's American Eel Black, Imperial Red, or an iron gall ink from Platinum or Rohrer & Klinger) you have a very durable note once it dries up. I use it to mark batches of vaccines in the refrigerator, for example. Thank you for your great work with your reviews.

I'm a fountain pen user, but I work in a lab, which is (in my case) quite a wet environment. I bought this pen in hopes to tackle that bc my pelikan FP ink just melts after a few days. Also, fountain pens on plasticized surfaces like tape or sometimes even sticky notes, don't always fare well. Thank you for the review! I hope my pen lives up to my expectations :D

the pen advertises itself on the front with it can write at any angle, ive seen no video reviews on it showing that it can write at 10 or 20 degree angles. felt tip pens and brush pens can do this but its rare for a ballpoint that can do it anyways id love to see it.

Is it being a fountain pen snob if I haven't found anything else that doesn't hurt to write with? 😁 Anything else that I've used hurts after a few sentances. I'm curious. How much pressure does it take to write with? That's my issue. If it really doesn't take pressure, I'm interested. (Nothing more than a semi flex fountain pen, that is. And even those start to hurt to write with, after a while... Could be why I still like extremely stiff nibs, as well as truly flexible. 😉)

Everyone keeps giving "feet" measures, instead of saying, that in practice, how many years or months, does one refill last? :) does anyone have a clue of that? I'm so curious

I love this pen but find that it's not as reliable as a fountain pen. Sometimes it hiccups. That said it's always in my pocket.
