The first time I was diagnosed with cervical cancer I recited this poem over and over. Through chemo and radiation I swear it got me through. I was told I was in remission 1 year later. Jay Wolf it is fascinating when someone can display their lack of intelligence, humanity, and decency in one simple comment. It must be hard for one to travel through life knowing they have embraced the most base form of themselves and feeling threatened by every bit of inspiration and aspiration around them. At a certain point a person can become nothing more than an organism that eats and produces shit. How sad for you. And yet the same capacity shown by the greatest of people resides within the lowest. Life is a series of choices and perhaps someday you will make a good one.
