Actually, the lead of mole on nose can be significant. All the suspects except the innocent-eyed one had unique personalities and looks. So, if it were any other culprit than him, the victim would choose some other, more unique traits to write down. Since it's just mole, that means it's the most unique trait of the murderer. This song seems like it's sarcasm to those detective stories where everyone is super suspicous, but it turns out the most unsuspicous one was the murderer.

Nah in manbo-p's stories it's usually the opposite of what the narrator's saying. In this case, they're all clearly murderers, but Gumi is too poor of a detective to catch them. She thinks the one innocent person is a bad guy because they clearly can't be that innocent. So when the murderers actually kill someone and pin it on the innocent guy, she believes he's guilty and they get away with it, hence them all being happy at the end when he get's taken away.

​@@m-rotsIt's based on the book "And Then There Were None" pretty much it has a bunch of terrible people in one house and someone is killing everyone. The hotel, the rain storm, name of the song are obvious parallels. If you take the 8 suspects plus Gumi and the victim you get 10 people. "And Then There Were None" has 10 characters. There's probably more parallels but I'm too lazy to find all of them. Although Lombard does emulate "Innocent eyes" pretty well.
