A little more "cut", sharper, more striking. The song is marked by sharp precision, making it the classic it's been since the first time I heard it, in the Spring of 1966, on Yesterday and Today. John said, in later interviews, he was "hammering" the chords, and it sounds like it! One of my Top Ten Beatles' tracks, since the first time I heard it.
