I seem to be the only person who actually enjoys them. The stats don't lie, but I really don't think they are correct, the tankiness doesn't feel like it's bad at all (I think troll armor like worcester). That being said, I think people are WAY too quick to write something off as bad if it's not crazy good like STV or Gdansk right off the bat. These ships need a very particular playstyle that is akin to something like a battlecruiser, hanging back using the spotter plane and pouncing once the opportunity arises. I have played so many battles in the tier 7 and 9 and come to the conclusion they are decent, but in need of some slight buffs to the AP DPM and HE DPM. Just like Goliath, Petro & Gouden Leeuw they are not Meta and need buffs, but I think people give the ships a little too much crap tbh. I had great success in these ships and that came down to playing them like Hindenburg and only using the burst when it was the perfect opportunity. The long range torpedoes are also really nice to have. These are not easy ships to play, but not all ships released should be easy. IMO I think these ships take more experience than many others and just like most heavy cruisers they take time and effort to make work. And it is the tier 9, who knows, maybe Castilla is in a better spot? Good review as always DFA :D

Hey Bob 👋 I did watch your review before giving them a go, liked it as well… they do suffer from the same issue as every heavy cruiser line recently introduced - super passive/support playstyle is required - as any initiative in the first half of the game will likely get you killed. So yeah, just like petro/goliath etc… buffs are likely to happen to make them entertaining because the burst fire idea is great! Fun fact - I did play Hindenburg in between games, just to confirm I wasn’t the problem 🙂

Salut DFA, De mon côté, j'ai aussi été chanceux pendant l'événement. En me concentrant uniquement sur les clefs de caisse, j'ai eu le T7, le camo de clown du T7....et le T9. C'est la première fois que dans un événement de ce type que j'obtiens le plus gros bateau... Le T7, je ne l'ai pas joué, mais je pense qu'il doit être possible de bien performer avec. Pour le T9, j'avais de l'or de de dispo, donc je lui pris le camouflage historique, un commandant free exp au niveau 6. Et bien effectivement, c'est plus que compliqué ce truc. Après 20 ou 30 batailles, je dois être à 0% de MVP.😂 Juste quelques étoiles de batailles sur des défaites. Le win rate est légèrement positif et le taux de dommage doit être dans les 45 000....plutôt faible, j'ai plus sur des croiseurs de tiers 6.😂 La mécanique de boost est à la fois fun et un peu inutile. J'ai eu pas mal de cas où en l'utilisant sur une cible à faible PS...je ne la détruis pas : cumul de sous penetration, sur penetration, rebond. Moralité, pour une fois que je suis en "avance" sur une nouvelle ligne, je n'ai pas une grande motivation à avancé dessus pour être près à débloquer le tiers 10. Sur le tier 9, il faudrait un 3me escadron de reconnaissance, et une belle amélioration de l'AA...ou ajouter la fonctionnalité des jolies canons secondaires qui sont juste là en décoration pour le moment.... La grande question est comment sera le tiers 10. OP ou pas OP. Bon en même temps, si il est OP, il sera nerf quelques temps après (c'est pour ça, que je monte les nouvelles lignes tard habituellement, pour les avoir nerfer 😂). Pour le camouflage historique et les gros drapeaux, ça me paraît de mémoire OK. Pendant la WWII, l'Espagne était neutre donc les bateaux avaient ceci pour éviter d'être couler par les Alliés ou l'Axe. Bonne fête du travail camarade !

Salut Romain, Alors là, tu es plus courageux que moi, perso j'ai arrêté après 15 batailles sans MVP :) mais même constat - difficile et impossible d'influencer quoi que ce soit avec ça. Le T7 est le même, mais puisque c'est T7 on s'en sort un peu mieux. Vaut mieux attendre un peu que ça s'améliore avant de continuer, c'est trop frustrant pour le moment. Qui vivra verra... j'espère que tu as aussi eu un bon congé ;)

The only thing than can save this line is puting the skill button at the side of repairs kits as pan american one.By phone is impossible to play this line,u dont have space to swipe with ur wright finger

Yeah the button needs to be moved for phone users. I tested it too, i totally see where the button is in a bad spot. Probably the most important fix

I had the legendary commander but didn't get any ships. Anyway the tier 1 spanish ship is also terrible 😂
