This breed is also known in Spain as 'pura raza española' (PRE) which means spanish pure-bred. It's currently the breed of preferred choice by police and military forces, together with the hispano-árabe which is a cross of the andalusian and the arabian horse. I think it's a breed of particular importance because it was one of the main horse breeds brought to the american continent by the conquistadors, altough of course, those horses were, to some extent, probably different from the current andalusian horse. There are some specimens that look like something out of this world, I've seen stallions with necks bigh enough to make you question the laws of physics

RDR2 make me find out about Andalusian horses cuz in the GE their is a pink gray horse so I want it to see is was real.

Yes, Andalusian horses can jump, but they have a huge talent for dressage, so that they're usually used as dressage or baroque horses. :)

Indeed, Andalusians are such beautys & really graceful. We know there might be much better clips to show the breed but it's difficult to select the right ones out of 5000 videos which have been uploaded to ehorses. But maybe we can compensate it with our upcoming Top 10 Andalusian horses

Well those showing mares may not look as astounding, but it is in the stallions and geldings of the breed that shines. The males are the ones with the mostly arched necks and impressive body builds along with flowing manes and tails.

That horse is build by the moors 900years ago in "al andalus" the actual spain .. it's a cross between many breeds.. arab and barb and gothic or iberian

I don’t understand why people make videos about horses when they aren’t horse people or even talk to people or do research and they’re making a video like this. You don’t measure your horses in inches or centimeters or feet or meters you measure them in hands, and on a sidenote, how are you? Gonna put a measurement out there in imperial with inches and the very next thing you put on the screen, is it in kilograms?
