Stunning review! I live 2 kilometers away from it. Peter Goossens is truly one of the greatest, a lot of Souschefs/people who worked their have their own michelinstar restaurants. One of my favorites is Vrijmoed by Michael Vrijmoed in Ghent, 2 star Michelin and absolutely incredible. 2nd best vegetable restaurant in the WORLD. Michael worked 8 years alongside Peter. Class!

I have never felt so poor in my life… I once wanted to have a Michelin starred food, the closest I’ve been was at Odette, (now I only eating Michelin chicken rice that is $3) and that was my second time speaking Michelin starred food. Then I see you eating Michelin starred food left and right.

First of all, fantastic video. I would kindly like to point out a small mistake, which in itself doesn't take anything away from the quality of your video. The restaurant is located in Kruishoutem, and not Kruisem as shown in the intro. Probably an overlooked typo, keep up the good work.

I had diner once there, and I am sorry to say, for me it was a complete disappointment ... I had more bread that evening than in a normal week, instead of a decent meal ... lots of VERY tiny dishes, altough being very tastfully, but for me not satisfying at all
