These guitars sound good, and for sub £300 you can’t go wrong really.. also, as an aside, you seem to really be coming into your own here on andertons Ben! I look forward to Acoustic Paradiso every week

Great job at making it sound good, but every Fender acoustic I've played has been tough to play in comparison to others at the price point. I love my strat, but wouldn't own one of these.
@Aint1S4 жыл бұрын
They're hit and miss. I own one scroll topped headstock 321 from around 2005 and every Fender acoustic I've played before/after sounds dead. Each one has something missing from it's output and that's from the same model. It's my best acoustic and just luck to come across it when I was dead set on leaving with a Martin.
@phendrox54584 жыл бұрын
It’s such a varied and vastly produced range that you just have to hope you get a good one with the one you purchase. I got a Fender CD-60 all mahogany and it’s absolutely amazing given that it cost less than £200!

My wife and I have a couple of Fender acoustics. 6 and 12 string. Both are great for parties and BBQ's and such. Hate to drag out the expensive stuff when kids are banging on and friends and neighbors have had a few ... They are good all around guitars. And we go all the way back to the Villager steel pipe 12 string days. Glad that one is now just collectable :D

Great presentation and playing, thank you! I purchased the Sunburst Redondo Player very recently. It has a really playable neck, quality Fishman pickup, and is beautiful to look at as well! From a timbrel standpoint, the Redondo Player is brighter than my Yamaha FG800. Using a .73 pick gives a nice, balanced, rounder tone, where a .60 really brings out that jangly quality. Fingerstyle (in my case without nails) it's mellow with a touch of brightness. This is my second Fender acoustic (also have the Tim Armstrong Hellcat). I never thought I would even consider Fender acoustics and I've been really pleased with them especially at the price point!

Great to have Acoustic Paradiso back! Any chance of a video comparing some more affordable all solid wood guitars (e.g. Faith, Epiphone Masterbilt, Fender Paramount etc.) versus more premium laminated back and sides models (Taylor, Martin etc.) that are around the same price? Looking to upgrade from my first acoustic!

Ordered a Bass from Andertons (Epic deal) 3 weeks ago that was due in stock following day. Checked back every day since and date kept being pushed to following day. Just now received email that they do not know when they will have the Bass in stock - no time frame at all! And what's really worrying is the bass is no longer on the website. Cool videos, terrible customer service.

It's weird to see those acoustic electric guitars have a Fender Stratocaster-esqe headstock, but I guess it's to make it fancy for some people. I had a friend that has one of those guitars back then because he really liked the design of it.

@andertons music co have you noticed any sound differences in the malibu that is aqua splash, and the new natural color you played in this video, due to thickness of paint of the aqua blue and probably just a gloss on the spruce of the natural? Considering purchasing and wanted to know if thats a factor to think about. Its so hard to make purchases now when you cant go to stores and you have to recon everything 😆
