I love these 2 guys and I find that I watch the clock on the wall more than I should. I can always tell when it's late though by looking at my friend Pete's bags under his eyes. Late sessions Pete starts showing sign's of wear, but go figure why Mick always looks like he is ready to go? They are great together! I never miss an episode!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it would be great to hear what you guys use in your gigs vs just commercial showcase. You are both very talented musicians so to know what your prefer would be helpful. I realize you are asked to showcase certain guitars and amps but give us a real world of what you truly believe in and makes a difference in your performances.

Thing I like most about this review is it isn't done just to sell the product. It's actually a 'warts an all' review. I was thinking of buying one of these but you both outlined a couple of things I thought it would do but doesn't. Would have been really disappointed to buy it without realising that. Having said that tho you didn't undersell it either. Great review guys.

Great video but not sold on this amp from the tones I heard here. Could be the piezo pickup. Wish some of the main stream acoustic amp manufacturers focused on obtaining the natural sound of the guitar and vocals.

+Bill Evans We know Mick uses an AER Compact 60. Pete we know he uses various different acoustic amps, but he mostly uses a Lehle Acouswitch as his DI. Hope that helps. Thank you for watching.

Never quite got who or what acoustic amps are for, except buskers. For home playing youc an hear the acoustic, for recording you can di a pickup or use a mic, for live you can feed into the desk. I guess small pub gigs without a pa - but seems unlikely they wouldn/t even have some kind of pa and desk. Just wondering.
