Now you have me wondering about the little overhang on the end of the WHITE keys. Why is it there on piano keyboards but not on organ keyboards? I'm guessing it has something to do with the different ways those instruments are played?

People tend to slide up and down the organ keys with the palm of their hand and this reduces friction but their is probably a technical reason

Jack, Boris has nothing on you as a presenter. Besides lower level stuff like this, I would love to see what YOU are trying to learn right now, and what are the last five "revelations" of your development as player on keys. You have that same hilarious gung ho, and you got some complex empathy chords, but we all know you and Boris are just like us underneath: dogs! OK, But to the more perfected: sit in the dark hills with the right dog, you hear some fantastic singing.
