Hyderabad infrastructures development lo YSR has major hand, IT in Hyderabad started by Congress during 1990s STPI policy. I don't know why CBN is getting unwanted credit. I accept that his contribution is also there but that is limited to only 10% of total development. Being CM for 14 long years, he have scope for doing lot of things in state but he neglected whole state. YSR on other side concentrated on Urban development and rural development like irrigation projects, health facilities to poor, educational foundation for rural areas.

N Janardan AP CM laid foundation for that IT sector which later changed the name to Hitech City by babu, that is the only thing he did, planning and blue print is already designed by N Janardan and works are about to start, then elections changed government from congress to TDP. Say any one project of babu other than this Hitec city (that is also not his plan). I will say YSR achievements: He raised IT corridors such as financial district mindspace and knowledge city. Many flyovers in city, roads widening PVNR longest flyover. International airport International stadium ORR - this is the main reason for Hyderabad exposure. Started metro project in 2007-2008. Irrigational projects in state such as dams and reservoirs. Before YSR rule engineering in Hyderabad was available only to rich kids and no proper colleges for engineering. Later on his fee reimbursement policy helped many students to pursue engineering in own state itself. This made many engineering colleges to open their campus in state. Can you say atleast 10% of these activities if babu really did. Know the truth. Babu contribution is only in IT that too only 10%.

You should notice one more point. In 2014, ts gdp per capita rank is 8th and ap gdp per capita rank is 14th. In 2023 ts rank is 6th and ap rank went to 18. It shows how ap is degrading year by year. One more point you should notice, ts has only one region that is Telangana, small state but economy contribution is large. Your ap consists of costal andhra and rayalaseema but economy is just ahead than Telangana.
