The Thali shown here is of both states Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. Sarvapindi, bagarannam n sakkinaalu are Telangana dishes. Sweets are missing in the list shown. Telugu thali should be shown n explained by a Telugu person. Only then the emotions are conveyed properly.

Be a sport and stop being a grouch. Someone from another state is appreciating food of AP & Telangana . If you want it explained by a Telugu person, why not get someone to do or do it yourself

Everyone can make videos on food of every state presenting the culture is important thali shows how the culture in the certain region exists in the root level further this is not something that is explained well by a non native person every food item has its own history and emotion without explaining it to the non native how it is a thali.stop ur advices here the food itself shows the pride and tradition so there needs to be one who is native not a some person who can't spell it correctly

andhra food is more popular than any other state in southern india . you go to bangalore ,chennai ,mumbai first priority for meals is definately andhra meals .

Osmania biscuit was given to patients in Osmania hospital as it was healthy and had nutrients. Nizam tasted it somewhere in Europe and introduced to patients who could not afford good food.

That sweet with dal and jaggery is called sugiyan in coorg. almost same kind of dishes except the names r different. Even that thin rice roties r called kolzi roti. That was a lovely thali. Very filling I suppose. If you have not visited Banjara hills for the best birayani Pls try it. It's just awesome. But be careful to have only chicken or else u might land up with mixed meat unknowingly and might have to do a havan to wash ur sin. Thanks for the review, just brought my old memories back. Charminar and all the Pearl shops too.

Old city food is not many people eat , mirchi bajji , masala wada , bondalu, mysore bajji are great snacks , should have done home visits like done in other state's in Udupi or Coorg for authentic Andhra meal , Gongura , Red chillies pickes many more dishes are missed out!

Karnataka cusine cannot be described easily because the state has varied and totally different linguistic and social structure...coorg people eat differently than mangalorians ..Udupi people have pure vegetarian brahminical meals ...north Karnataka people of koppal dharwad their food varies again ...they consume more ragi ...and millets mangalorians consume more fish and so on ...again mangalorian Christian consume more pork and fish...etc

This aint pure andhra food as some dishes are from telangana. Kanda-bachali, panasu puttu kura, dosakayi pachadi, dondakayi vepudu..etc some classic famous dishes. Meet native people to have authentic food.
